Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProfitPuller, operated by Renew Auto Parts ("Renew Auto Parts," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ProfitPuller provides vehicle, part, resale, search, dashboard, and email-alert tools for informational and planning purposes. Information shown by the service may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying vehicle condition, availability, pricing, demand, ownership, legality, and profitability before making a purchase, pulling a part, listing an item, or relying on a recommendation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or remain unpaid.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans, prices, included usage, and features are shown at checkout. Any seven-day trial is subject to the offer displayed at checkout and requires a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription renews automatically and the payment method is charged each billing cycle. Stripe processes payments and billing information.

You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ProfitPuller to violate law or another person's rights; scrape, copy, resell, or systematically extract service data; bypass usage limits or security controls; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; or use recommendations as a substitute for professional, legal, safety, financial, or automotive advice.

5. Content and feedback

You retain rights to information you submit, but you grant us permission to process it as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to submit it. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

6. Intellectual property

ProfitPuller and its software, design, branding, text, and service content are owned by Renew Auto Parts or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitPuller is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data, specific resale results, or profitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renew Auto Parts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, nonpayment, security concerns, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state where Renew Auto Parts is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms may be sent to Profitpuller@gmail.com.
